Maintained schools should place an order via Oracle. Please make sure that you select the correct supplier reference (GOV – SCHOOLS IT) when ordering services. Services may be cancelled or not delivered if orders are not correctly placed.

Non-Oracle schools, academies and free schools should complete and return the booking form. We will raise invoices usually within 30 days of receiving the booking form.

School management software (MIS)

RM Integris is a school management information system (MIS) for schools. It is cloud-based (centrally hosted and accessed via the Internet) and offers access to school information from the classroom, office or home.

The current schools IT MIS package comprises:

• Site licence for the MIS system
• Locally based support service
• Unlimited staff training
• Access to free RM online documentation (step-by-step guides).

Secure Encrypted Emails (Egress)

What the service provides

We offer a secure encrypted email solution that will allow you to send emails in a protected way. 

Sending information by email remains the most popular and convenient way to share files and information. However, sending data unprotected outside your secure networks without the right level of control can pose a significant risk to your school particularly with email related data breaches being the most common type of breaches. 

Subscriptions to our Secure Encrypted Emails platform, Egress, allow you to securely share confidential information to any email address.

Benefits for your school 

• Peace of mind knowing data is being sent via a secure means.
• Reduced risk of security breaches that could result in a significant fine from the Information Commissioner’s Office. Financial penalties may be up to the equivalent of £17.5m or 4% of annual turnover.
• Reduced risk of negative media attention and damage to school’s reputation.

Cost

£80 per subscription up to five.
Where more than five licences have been purchased, a discount of 10% applies. The first five will be charged at the full price.
£72 for additional subscriptions over five at a discounted rate.
