About statutory assessments
Overview

Deadlines
These deadlines are the latest that schools can submit their data.
Where possible, please submit your data the week before, so that we can validate and check the data with you before submitting the final data to the DfE.
Please also allow extra time for potential import queries. In particular, the experience schools found with the Primary Assessment Gateway (PAG) in 2022 and 2023.
The DfE have announced that the Key Stage 1 teacher assessments would become non-statutory from the academic year 2023/2024. Schools will no longer need to submit their KS1 results to the LA/DfE.
