School budgets

Production and publication of school budgets must be published on Derby City Council’s website.

Access through the school information portal will allow schools to view their budgets and the relevant guidance. It is important you select the correct financial year when setting your budget and the website is updated each year with the new financial year’s budget allocation and the associated guidance.

Historic budgets are also available on the website for reference purposes only.  

School’s Financial Planner – Available to all schools

Schools Team Finance produce a strategic three year budget planning tool including helpdesk facilities for queries and training, the planner can be used for multiple scenarios analysing a schools finance commitments over the longer term and assessing the financial viability of spending decisions.
