Premises compliance statement

The School Premises Compliance Document provides a brief introduction to the basic ownership and maintenance responsibilities for different categories of schools, for example:

• Community
• Foundation
• Voluntary-aided
• Voluntary-controlled schools

It also provides a brief introduction to PFI schools and the Scheme for Funding Schools.
