You can now provide your views on proposals to make significant changes to the SEND provision at two schools in the City.

Markeaton Primary School is a mainstream school with an enhanced resource provision (ERP) for children with a visual impairment with an Educational Health and Care (EHC) Plan (aged 4-11). The ERP at Markeaton Primary School currently has no children attending due to a reduction in demand across the city for specific provision for children with visual impairment.

The proposal is to formally close the provision.
