Derby Academic Transition 2024-2025

The Derby Academic Transition project bridges the academic vocabulary demands of the last 100 days in primary and the first 100 days in secondary, supporting Year 6 pupils to meet the challenge of the ‘vocabulary leap’ in Year 7 with confidence.

The next webinar is taking place on Thursday 28th November and will focus on oracy structures to build metacognitive strategies and develop effective teaching sequences.
