National School Governors' Awareness Day on 29/02/24

What’s On, 29th February 2024?

For 2024 our aim is to showcase governance, celebrate commitment and enhance recruitment of new governors. A day to raise awareness of the role of school governors and support existing governance through valuable professional development. The key theme this year is how school governance can support children, young people and their families impacted by the cost of living crisis.

The theme of the 2024 event is Inclusive Governance. The programme of webinars will be focusing on related topics that cover staffing, LGBTQIA+, reflecting the diversity of the community on your board and much more.

19.00 - Question Time. Featuring our expert panel, hosted and moderated by Steve Barker.
