We are aiming to ensure schools have their allocation of food voucher codes for the Xmas 2024 break no later than Friday 13th December.
The voucher codes will have a face value of £30.
We’ll allocate the number of voucher codes to each school, based on the latest FSM numbers we confirmed with you for October half-term.
The voucher codes are for those children who have confirmed benefit related FSM eligibility, including eligible sixth form children.
If you need additional voucher codes after you’ve received your codes, please email businessupporthub@derby.gov.uk requesting the additional number of voucher codes needed. Any you don’t need, please send them back ASAP so we can reallocate them.
We would strongly recommend you keep a record of which voucher codes have been issued to each child as this will aide any queries raised. We can’t reissue voucher codes or replace them.
