To support the teacher recruitment and retention agenda, Spencer Teaching School Hub is pleased to share our ongoing partnership with the Maternity Teacher Paternity Teacher Programme. MTPT is a charity which provides a range of formal and informal support for colleagues on their maternity and paternity leave.
- Get inspired by the case studies and guidance in The MTPT Project's very own book, A Guide to Teaching, Parenting and Creating Family-Friendly Schools
- Be empowered by our free "Making a Flexible Working Request" workshop, taking place on Tuesday 23rd April as part of the DfE's Flexible Working in Education programme
- Connect with other colleagues on parental leave on the summer "coffee" (starting next Friday!) or "naptime" cohorts of our Parental Leave Group coaching programme - fully-funded for state school teachers in England!
- Explore our new partnership with Oasis Community Learning, which offers 1:1 Return to Work coaching for all colleagues returning from maternity, adoption or shared parental leave
