Derby Adult Learning Service - Bespoke ICT training
This service is for all schools and academies - support and admin staff.
What the service provides
High quality, value for money training for staff as part of their continued professional development. Bespoke training packages for staff include: Microsoft packages Outlook Email and calendars, PowerPoint, Excel spreadsheets, Word processing, Desktop Publishing, Access Databases, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams and Smart Notebook training.
Training can be tailored specifically to the needs of staff with sessions available face to face or remotely via Microsoft Teams allowing staff to join from multiple sites, sessions start from a little as 1.5 hours. A variety of IT qualifications including ‘essential digital skills’ qualifications are also available many of which are free of charge to school staff.
Derby Adult Learning Service has an established reputation for delivering high quality learning packages. This has been evidenced by Ofsted; accreditation boards, learners and local employers. Derby Adult Learning Service has also achieved the Training Quality Standard for the high quality training delivered to employers.
