Training & Support


All of our services include support during our standard opening times. It may be possible to arrange support outside our standard times at additional cost.

The MIS, Learning Platform and Website packages include training. Training is generally provided at our Kedleston Road Training Centre. On-Site training can be provided by agreement and may be subject to additional cost.

Access is provided to the secure area of the Schools Information Portal, which includes additional resources and latest news articles.

We can also provide bespoke training courses for you. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.


NetSupport Remote Desktop allows the Schools ICT Team and some other teams within DCC, with your permission, to log on remotely to your PC to assist you if you are experiencing problems. NetSupport requires a program to be installed on the local PC but makes connecting quick and easy. As well as viewing the desktop, NetSupport also allows file transfers.

The MIS Package includes 1 (one) license for NetSupport. Additional licenses can be purchased at extra cost.

Logmein Rescue

In addition to NetSupport, we also offer remote desktop support with Logmein Rescue. This service is included as part of the Schools ICT Sold Service and we can connect to almost any PC on any network. Logmein Rescue will require a program to be run each time it is used.
