School swimming orders 2022/23

Please see the School swimming booking form 2022-23 for the school swimming service. ‌‌

Please note:

If you are booking two different time slots on the same day for example Monday 10:00am and 10:30am or Monday 10:00am and Tuesday 10:00am you must complete two application forms.  

All booking forms must be returned by Friday 25 February 2022.
