Nomination & Election of Parent Governor Representatives to C&Y People Scrutiny Board

Democratic Services at Derby City Council are seeking nominations for two to five parent governor representatives from Local Authority Maintained Schools (community, foundation, voluntary, special and nursery schools) to be elected on to the Children and Young People Scrutiny Review Board for a four-year period from December 2022.

Candidates should be a parent governor (a person who is elected as a member of the Governing Board of the school, by parents of registered pupils at the school and who is a parent at the time of their election).

Completed nomination forms must be returned by 24 October 2022 to the Director of Legal, Procurement and Democratic Services, Returning Officer, Council House, Corporation Street Derby DE1 2FS or sent by email to committee@derby.gov.uk
