LA / Academy Agreements for Statutory Assessment KS1 and KS2 2022-2023- Information for headteachers and CEOs of academies

Each academic year an agreement between the local authority and each academy must be in place for statutory assessment moderation at KS1 and KS2, including phonic checks and KS2 tests. Further information is in the agreement form attached.

2022-2023 Agreement Between Academies and Derby City LA

Please read, sign and return the academy agreement if you were an academy on or before 2nd September 2022 and you have year 2 and / or Y6 pupils to maxine.bull@derby.gov.uk.The agreement must be in place by Friday 18th November 2022.

If you are part of a MAT, the CEO may complete one form for the group of schools or you may respond individually. Please agree this within your MAT.
