Key Stage Assessment Deadlines - 2022

During the academic years 2019/20 and 2020/21, the Department for Education (DfE) cancelled end of year Key Stage Assessments. These assessments are statutory for the current academic year (2021/22) and will need to be submitted during the summer term 2022.
These are the DfE deadlines for schools to submit their 2022 Key Stage Teacher Assessments to the Local Authority (and Primary Assessment Gateway (PAG) for KS2):
- EYFSP to LA (via DfE sign-in s2s) by Thursday 30 June 2022
- Phonics Yr1 (and Yr2 retakes) to LA (via DfE sign-in s2s) by Tuesday 28 June 2022
- Key Stage 1 to LA (via DfE sign-in s2s) by Tuesday 28 June 2022
- Key Stage 2 to PAG by Tuesday 28 June 2022**
**This is the final date for schools to upload their KS2 Teacher Assessments to the PAG website. To give us chance to carry out validation and a thorough checking exercise with all schools before a final version of the data is submitted to the DfE, we would recommend that schools aim to load their KS2 Teacher Assessments as soon as possible in the week commencing 20 June 2022, and before the cut-off date of 28 June 2022.
It is also important to allow plenty of time for potential import queries, due to the changes in assessment codes this year.
Thank you for your co-operation.
