What is the Property Services Portal?
Initially the Property Services Portal will offer spatial data across your school buildings and keep you up-to-date on maintenance and compliance issues and costs.
We intend expanding the information made available to you in the future.
Registering and accessing the Property Services Portal
The Property Services Portal will only be made available to those schools who have purchased the Sold Services’ Property Maintenance Package; and will enable registered users to view a selection of useful data on their respective schools only.
In order to register your interest in accessing the Property Services Portal:
- You will need to have purchased the Property Maintenance Package
- You will need to complete the Property Services Portal Registration Form to register for login details.
- You will then receive an email confirming your registration and login details for your specific school
- On receipt of your login details and a copy of our Property Services Portal Guidance document, you can login to the Property Services Portal using your unique user credentials
